Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries. Our prices are displayed in US dollars and do not include taxes.

When will my order ship? 

Our products are made to order and will ship out within 5-7 business days (M-F), unless otherwise noted. When your order ships we will send you a tracking notification by email.

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free shipping on all US orders via USPS, DHL and Fedex. We offer free international shipping on orders over $999.

I would like to purchase a gift card.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

I would like to return an item.

Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within one (1) month of the original purchase date, or may be returned for a full refund (except personalized items and Made-to-Order items, gift cards and sale items) within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must be in perfect saleable condition. When returning, you must return the complete product, including the packaging and the invoice. A refund may only be made in the same currency country as the original purchase. Return shipping fees may apply. Please contact our office at info@alonanewyork.com for return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are not able to find your invoice please email info@alonanewyork.com and we will try locate your invoice based on the email you ordered from

I would like to exchange an item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@alonanewyork.com and send your item to address included in your receipt email.

I would like to return a gift.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
